010- IF I Conquered the Galaxy

January 5th, 2015

In 1991, the Galaxy was brutally conquered at its home in space. Thanos was tried for the crime in a case that captured the attention of the universe, but was ultimately acquitted of criminal charges. The victim's Guardians brought a civil case against Thanos, which found him liable for willfully and wrongfully causing the deaths of untold millions committing battery with Infinity Stones. In 2014, Shedless announced the publication of a podcast in which Thanos told how he hypothetically would have committed the conquest. In response to public outrage that Thanos stood to profit from these crimes, Shedless canceled the episode. A Wakanda bankruptcy court awarded the rights to the Guardians in January 2015 to satisfy the civil judgment in part. The Guardians view the episode as his confession, and has worked hard to ensure that the public will hear this podcast and learn the truth. This is Thanos' original transcript, approved by him, with up to 14,000 words of additional key commentary. Plus Queen's Flash Gordon theme.
